Insolvency Filing

Insolvency Practitioner (IP) has been appointed to oversee the company’s insolvency process.

In accordance with standard procedure, the IP will automatically contact all known creditors within 8 to 12 weeks of the insolvency order. At this stage, no further action is required from you. Please await direct communication from the appointed IP, who will provide detailed instructions on submitting a claim, if applicable.
